By creating an account or using xTriel, you agree to these Terms. If you use xTriel on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms for that organization.

The service

xTriel is a monitoring and analytics tool for MetaTrader 5 accounts: live dashboards, risk alerts, performance sharing, and a backtest library. Features available depend on your subscription tier (Free, Pro, Max).

Not financial advice

xTriel displays and analyzes your trading data. It does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice, and does not execute trades on your behalf. Trading carries substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Accounts & acceptable use

• Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.
• Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access data that isn't yours.
• You retain ownership of your data; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (Pro $49/mo, Max $79/mo) are billed in advance via our payment processor, Stripe, and renew until cancelled. The Free tier is ad-supported. See the Refund Policy.

Availability & liability

xTriel is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the service. You may cancel anytime; we may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Questions: support@xtriel.com.
